Opening hours

The Memorial Centre can be visited on Wednesdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 4.30 a.m. respectively. An appointment is no longer  required and wearing a face mask is not necessary. Below, you'll find all details regarding your visit to the Memorial Centre.

 

All information at a glance

• The Memorial Centre can be visited on Wednesdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 4.30p.m., respectively;

• The Memorial Centre can only be accessed through the entrance at the Zutphensestraat;

• Stay home if you are experiencing one of the following: head cold, runny nose, sneezing, sore throat, (light) cough, a temperature (up to 38 °C/100.4 °F);

• Stay home if anyone in your household has a fever (from 38 °C/100.4 °F) and/or experiences shortness of breath.

Location and route

Memorial Centre Apeldoornsche Bosch can be reached by car or by public transport. From either train station Apeldoorn Osseveld or train station Apeldoorn De Maten it is a 10 minute walk (750 meters).

If you come by car, you can park at Skatebaan De Voorwaarts on the terrain of Omnisport. It is not necessary or desirable to drive onto the terrain of 's Heeren Loo.

Information for disabled people and users of a walker or wheelchair


The first floor of the Memorial Centre is not accessible by wheelchair. Because it is located in a monumental building, there is no elevator. The exhibition is however on the ground floor and is accessible by wheelchair.
